Former camper reflects on experience, now Junior Counselor

I attended the camp a few years ago and it was very exciting. My experience at the ExxonMobil Bernard Harris Summer Science camp was transformational. The counselors and everybody that worked there made learning fun. I learned a lot that I didn't know. It was new to me staying over night for two whole weeks, but as I grew fond of the people there I wished I could stay longer.

The science experiments we did there were amusing. Especially when we built our own water rockets and launched them. It was a great learning experience for me and that's one of the reason I wanted to be a Junior Counselor this year!
